While working at a boutique search firm and St. Jude Medical, a leading cardiac device company, Robin built the first Campus Recruiting. In 2002, Robin followed her entrepreneurial spirit and opened A&R Consulting, LLC quickly growing the company to one million dollars in revenue. Focusing on direct hire and contract recruiting in the field of Human Resources, Robin garnered Fortune 100 clients with her multi-dimensional approach by dynamically looking at candidates from a technical, intuitive and value-based "people first" perspective that produced impressive results.
