Beginning her recruiting career in San Francisco in the 90’s, Robin moved to Los Angeles, where she launched Human Resources International. Partnering with leaders across the country, Robin built the internal ATS system and developed nationwide training. Within three years, Robin grew the company to a two million dollar plus business, ranking as the number one national office year after year. Among nationwide top billers during her five year tenure with HRI, Robin moved on to recruiting in the Bio/Pharma arena, placing in the areas of R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Scientific. While working at a boutique search firm and St. Jude Medical, a leading cardiac device company, Robin built the first Campus Recruiting. In 2002, Robin followed her entrepreneurial spirit and opened A&R Consulting, LLC quickly growing the company to one million dollars in revenue.
